Response to the Dialogue Origin Spoofing Vulnerability reported by Secunia Research

Secunia Research reported on June 21 that it discovered a vulnerability in various browsers. The vulnerability can be exploited by malicious Web sites to spoof dialog boxes.

The latest release of Opera (Opera 8.01 for Windows, Mac and Linux), released June 16, is not vulnerable to this issue, as reported by Secunia. Opera 8.01 is the only major browser that is currently not affected. Users who have not yet upgraded to Opera 8.01 are recommended to do so.
