Opera connects the unconnected at India Telecom 2008

Chandigarh, India – December 9, 2008

With its strong presence in India’s mobile Web market, Opera Software is setting up camp at India Telecom 2008, from December 11-13 in New Delhi. At this annual display of telecom innovation, Opera will host an exhibit (Hall 9, Stand 10) that will givevisitors a firsthand look at how Opera Mini connects India to the mobile Web.

This year, India Telecom’s theme is “Connecting rural India”. Opera is an active proponent of ensuring that Indians, no matter their location or proximity to wired Internet connectivity, have access to the full Web.
