Yahoo! Mobile to take flight with Opera Mini mobile Web browser

Oslo, Norway — February 17, 2009

Opera Software and Yahoo!® (NASDAQ:YHOO) today announced their partnership to bring the Opera Mini mobile Web browser and the full Internet to more mobile phone users around the world. Yahoo! is expected to begin distributing Opera Mini via Yahoo! Mobile and also as a standalone download from Yahoo!’s mobile Web sites in the near future. The Opera Mini client will be available free of charge. *

Together, Opera and Yahoo! intend to help unlock the potential of the mobile Web by providing access to the full Internet on a wide range of devices. Yahoo!’s extensive distribution network will allow millions of users to access Opera Mini for a rich mobile Web surfing experience.
