MTS and Opera Software launch in Ukraine CIS’ first ‘Web Pass’ service

Today, MTS and Opera Software announced the launch of the MTS Web Pass service in Ukraine. With this new service, MTS subscribers can use the Opera Mini browser to purchase packages of unlimited internet access for an hour or a day, or simply gain access to specific websites depending on their personal needs – all at a reasonable price.

The service is available for the MTS prepaid subscribers who use the Opera Mini browser. MTS subscribers in Ukraine can purchase unlimited-internet packages for one-day access to Vkontakte, Google, Yandex and Mail.ru websites, as well as packages of unlimited access to any website for an hour or for a full day. To activate one of the internet packages, subscribers should click the ‘MTS Web Pass’ Speed Dial entry, choose the package and confirm the payment, which will be deducted from subscribers’ account balances. After the package expires, the subscriber will receive a notification with a suggestion to renew or cancel the package.

MTS subscribers can visit m.opera.com to download Opera Mini. The most suitable version of the browser will be offered automatically.
