Opera Software today announced that the Opera Mobile Web browser and Widgets will be available on seven of KDDI’s new mobile phones. Since KDDI and Opera began their partnership in 2004, they have jointly released a total of 93 handsets with the Opera Mobile browser.
The Opera Mobile-based full browser, “PC site viewer” comes pre-installed on this new lineup. Four of them feature the “au one Gadget” powered by Opera Widgets as an application platform. Users can download their favorite widgets and play it on the idle screen.

- Casio EXILIM Keitai W63CA
- Sharp AQUOS Keitai W64SH
- Toshiba W65T
Opera Mobile is available on the following KDDI phones:
- Kyocera W65K
- Sony Ericsson W64S
- Panasonic W62P

Availability
KDDI’s new lineup of mobile phones for the Japanese market will be released in November 2008.
