Opera Software today released Opera 7.54 for Windowsin German, offering a redesigned Internet experience for Opera users in the Germanlanguage.
Opera 7.54 is a substantial upgrade that conducts all user-favorite Web activitiesharmoniously in a sleek, fast, little package. Today’s release introduces Germanusers with a redesigned user interface (UI), a new IRC-based chat feature, anenhanced built-in e-mail client, and several all-around feature advancements. Opera7.54, with its new advanced features, still weighs in at only 3.5 MB, maintainingOpera as the smallest full-featured browser available.
In keeping with Opera’s design to optimize speed and producivity, the UI has a new,minimized look that improves display and provides easy access to features andfunctions in the new panel selector. Opera Mail, the built-in e-mail client, offersintelligent e-mailing with support for instant content search, a contact database, anewsgroup reader, automatic filtering, and now features a spellchecker and RSSnewsfeeds. Opera’s debuting IRC-compatible chat feature is located directly in thebrowser’s panel selector and supports both private and group chats.
